Alfreda Grace
In our work together, Alfreda was kind, detail-oriented, and organized. She tactfully managed complicated logistics. Alfreda always had a comprehensive grasp of not only the larger picture, but the small details that were necessary to bring everything together effectively. Importantly, Alfreda is an excellent communicator. She is both clear and direct while also being courteous and respectful. In our interactions, Alfreda was always willing to assist and offer her time and support. Moreover, Alfreda has the ability to manage and organize people. She demonstrated this time and again while working with visiting faculty and members of the Gagliardi Group.
I think Alfreda is an asset to any organization lucky enough to have her on their team.

I had the privilege to know and work alongside Alfreda as a member of the board of directors for Illinois Action for Children. In her role at IAFC, supporting the BOD was one of many responsibilities Alfreda held and she was an incredible support and resource to the organization and the board. Alfreda was diligent (for example, she was proactive to make sure board members had the information needed, to check in on meeting attendance to ensure quorum...), she was organized, patient and an excellent communicator. I appreciate all Alfreda did to support me and my fellow board members and I know she will keep thriving in the next chapter of her career.

I have had the pleasure of working with Alfreda Grace at Worldlight Revival Ministries for about 4 years. However, I have also volunteered with her in a few other organizations. I have known her administrative work for more than 7 years. I am one of the Finance Administrators at Worldlight Revival Ministries and Alfreda, as the Treasurer, is my supervisor. Alfreda is also the Secretary of the Board of Directors and Administrator at the ministry. I also work with Alfreda in a separate arm of the overall ministry vision, called Worldlight True Worshippers, in which she is a project manager. Alfreda maintains a positive demeanor and exudes professionalism on all fronts. With her impeccable attention to detail, value for accuracy, and ability to learn quickly, she single-handedly created our entire finance database using SQL. She is the main person responsible for communicating with our ministry partners and negotiating with vendors on behalf of our ministry. She ensures that all ministry visitors, both political and neutral visitors, are received well and offered exceptional customer service. She facilitates the weekly executive leadership team meetings and quarterly meetings. She also provides general administrative support throughout the organization as requested.

Worldlight Revival Ministries International True Worshippers Workshop instructors came to Pui Tak Christian School's After School Program and did a remarkable job sharing about worship with the after school students. The students learned of worship as the instructors; Alfreda and Lillian shared and enhanced the students knowledge of worship. The instruction through song that Alfreda and Lillian shared with their melodic voices was inspirational!

Alfreda is a master of organization and administration. She has served as an anchor for our organization and the face of our ministry. I believe that Alfreda is destined for greatness. What has helped Alfreda to succeed is her desire to learn and to challenge herself by taking on more responsibility. She had the authority to manage his schedule, calendar, travel, and oversaw all the projects he engaged in. She managed his travel schedule and arrangement of virtual meetings efficiently. She also coordinated all the programs at our current ministry. I have known Alfreda for about 10 years. During those years, she has been the personal assistant, then executive assistant for my husband who was the founder of Worldlight Revival Ministries. My husband passed away early in 2020 but I believe her performance shines brightly enough that many others have witnessed her work. Currently is the program manager for the Worldlight Revival Ministries, and she is very committed and is highly productive. Alfreda is destined to take on more authority in decision making. She has shown effective leadership after the passing of the founder of our organization. She is also excellent at public speaking, a role model, and I am excited to see the impact she will have upon future generations.
